Ingredients

1 english muffin halved

sliced cheese

2 eggs

1/2 chopped green onion

1 pinch pepper

Directions

In a small pot boil water and poach two eggs as per preference.

While egg is cooking toast english muffin halves. Place cheese on top of the english muffins to cover the bottom. Top with egg and sprinkle onion and pepper.
