Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat oil in a small pan and add in onion. Cook onion till translucent and add in garlic and bacon cook for a few more minutes.
Layer bacon mixture, half the cheddar and jalapeños into the bottom of the pie crust. Break up cream cheese into small dollops and drop into the pie crust evenly separated.
In a medium bowl mix together the egg and cream. Pour into the pie shell and top with remaining cheddar.
Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until egg is cooked through.
