Ingredients

Meatballs

1 lb ground beef

1 egg

1/4 cup white onion chopped

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1 slice bread broken up into crumbs or panko bread crumbs

1 pinch pepper

1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan

Sauce

645 ml tomato sauce

1/2 chopped white onion

3 cups spinach

1 cup crumbled feta

enough cooked spaghetti for 6

2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

To make the meatballs combine all ingredients in the meatball section and form into 1 inch sized balls. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line pan with parchment paper and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes till cooked through.

Heat olive oil in a medium frying pan. Add in onion and cook till slightly tender.

In a large saucepan add in tomato sauce heat over medium heat.

Add feta, spinach and onion into tomato sauce. Heat through till spinach is slightly wilted.

Serve sauce over spaghetti and top with meatballs.
