Fill a medium pot with water half full and add in salt. Bring to a calm boil.
While water is boiling crack an egg into a sifter with a bowl underneath allowing the thin whites to drip into the bowl and discard the thin whites. Gently transfer egg into a small bowl.
Add vinegar into the boiling water and stir water. While water is still moving gently put in egg. Allow egg to cook till desired doneness for 2-5 minutes. For best results cook one egg at a time.
