Creamy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

8 oz. package of cream cheese

3 cloves garlic chopped

1 chopped red pepper

1 package frozen spinach (thawed) and squeezed dry with paper towel

1 pinch cayenne pepper to taste

1 pinch pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, green onion and garlic until softened.

Add spinach, red pepper, cayenne and pepper until combined.

Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly on edges.
