In a medium frying pan heat oil over medium heat. Add in garlic and corn and
cook till corn begins to char a bit make sure to keep stirring so it is evenly cooked
approximately 15 minutes. Mix in lime juice and salt and set aside to cool.
Mix together all salad dressing ingredients together in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl add in corn, black beans, bell pepper, cilantro, onion, feta and
avocado. Drizzle dressing over the top, toss the salad and serve.
