Ingredients

6 thin slices of ham

6 eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp chopped chives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line muffin cups with ham and crack an egg into each muffin cup. Sprinkle the top of each egg with cheese.

Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until the white of the egg has hardened and the yolk is your desired doneness.

Remove egg cups from the muffin tin and sprinkle with chives and serve.
