Cream butter, peanut butter, oil, brown sugar and powdered sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Combine into peanut butter mixture until evenly mixed.
Spoon dough onto parchment paper layered baking pans in approx. tablespoon sized scoops. Roll each ball in white sugar and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom.
