Directions
Heat oil over medium heat in a pan add chicken and cook fully. Cut the chicken into strips and return to the pan. Add taco seasoning, water and corn and cook until most of the liquid is evaporated.
This will make two taco salad bowls start with lettuce and layer the rest of the ingredients as per preference. Top with salsa and sour cream.
