Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a medium bowl beat butter and sugars till creamed mixture forms. Mix in egg and vanilla till combined.

In a separate medium bowl mix together flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa powder. Gradually mix in creamed mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Line baking sheet with parchment and drop batter into table spoon sized balls.

Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool on a wire wrack.
