Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add in macaroni and cook till al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot melt butter. Once butter is melted add in onion, garlic and bacon. Heat till onion has become soft and transparent.
Add cream cheese to onion mixture and stir constantly till cream cheese has melted. Add in milk and stir till incorporated. Remove from heat and add cheddar and jalapeno stir till mixed.
