Cook pasta in boiling water as per package directions.
While pasta is cooking heat oil in a large skillet. Once hot add in chicken and cook till no longer pink and set aside.
Add in garlic and mushroom to the large skillet and cook till mushrooms are soft.
Slice chicken into strips and add into the mushroom skillet. Add in chicken broth, remaining seasonings and cream to the large skillet. Simmer cream mixture to desired consistency.
Mix mozzarella and parmesan into the creamed mixture and serve sauce over pasta.
