Ingredients

1 lb ground sausage

1 medium chopped yellow onion

4 cups chicken broth

1 tsp oregano

1 pinch pepper

1 cup chopped yellow potato

3 cloves chopped garlic

1/2 tsp ground cumin

2 bay leaves

2 cups chopped kale

3/4 cup whipping cream

Directions

Brown sausage meat in a medium pan over medium heat.

Add meat to the crockpot along with all other ingredients except the kale and cream. Cook in the crockpot low for 4-6 hours.

Once the soup has finished cooking mix in cream and kale while soup is still hot till evenly mixed.
