Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Puncture potato with a fork. Wrap in tin foil and bake for an hour or until potato is soft.
Once potato is cooked cut potato lengthwise once and then horizontally four times. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, green onion and pepper. Re-wrap in tin foil and return to the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
