Scramble eggs and milk with a fork. Heat butter in a small frying pan till melted over medium heat. Add in egg mixture and heat till edges are cooked. Push back edges allowing uncooked egg to reach the edges of the pan. Cook till eggs are mostly set.
Sprinkle half the egg with cheese, green onion, genoa and pepper. Fold the half of the omelette without toppings over the toppings. Cover with pan lid for a few minutes till cheese is melted.
