In a medium bowl mix together all the vegetables, black beans, hummus and tzatziki.
Lay a tortilla wrap flat and put a cup of the vegetable mix on the wrap. Sprinkle about 1/2 cup cheddar mix on top. Layer on about 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts.
Fold in the ends of the wrap and roll the wrap tightly. Cut the wrap in half on the diagonal. The vegetable mix will make 5-6 wraps.
