Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp taco seasoning

1 cup water

3 cups tater tots

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 dollop of sour cream

Salsa

2 tbsp finely chopped white onion

1 tbsp fresh cilantro

1 pinch pepper

1/4 tsp lime juice

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos

1 clove chopped garlic

Directions

Mix all of the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and let marinate while preparing the rest of the ingredients.

Preheat oven and bake tater tots as per package directions.

Brown ground beef in a frying pan till fully cooked and break into small pieces. Add in water and taco seasoning and heat till water has dissolved.

Place tater tots into a dish and top with ground beef. Sprinkle with cheddar and top with prepared salsa and sour cream.
