Directions

In a medium bowl whisk together egg, vanilla, cinnamon and milk till combined. Dip slices of bread into mixture coating both sides.

In a medium frying pan melt butter. Fry bread till lightly browned on both sides.

For the peanut butter drizzle mix the peanut butter chips and butter in a small bowl. Heat in the microwave till melted.

Dust bread with powdered sugar. Place banana slices on top and drizzle with the peanut butter sauce.
