Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Break pizza dough into 4 equal parts. Knead and roll into 4 thin circles.
Spread pizza sauce equally between the 4 dough circles. Spread into one half of the dough circles leaving about an inch around the edge. Place the rest of the toppingson top of the pizza sauce.
Fold the half of the dough without toppings over the half with toppings. Roll over the edges and pinch closed so toppings don't spill out.
Beat egg in a small bowl and brush over each calzone. Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for approximately 20 minutes.
