In a medium bowl gently combine yeast, water and sugar and let sit for about 5 minutes until yeast activates.
In a large bowl combine the flour and salt. Make a hole in the flour mix and pour in yeast mixture. Mix until combined and knead on a floured surface until a stiff dough forms. Put back into the large bowl and cover the top with saran and let sit for approximately 40 minutes to an hour until dough rises.
Once dough has risen knead further on a floured surface and break dough into two pieces. Roll out into two circles. Roll over edges to form the crust.
