In a medium bowl cream butter with brown and white sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate medium bowl mix together flour, salt and baking soda. Blend gradually into creamed mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips and graham cracker pieces into the cookie dough and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line pans with parchment paper.
Roll cookie dough into 1" balls and flatten. Put 4 mini marshmallows in between two flattened cookie dough balls and press together the edges. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
