In a medium pan add 1 tbsp of butter, mushrooms and pepper. Cook until mushrooms are soft.
Add 2 tbsp butter into a large skillet over medium heat. Add porkchops and cook until lightly brown then add garlic and continue cooking until porkchops are heated through completely.
Add mushroom soup, milk and mushrooms to the porkchops and simmer until mushroom soup mix is slightly thickened and has turned a light brown colour. Serve over rice.
