Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Slice carrot in half length-wise and chop into halves or thirds so carrots are reasonably even sized.

In a medium bowl mix together olive oil, honey, garlic and spices till combined. Mix in carrots until they are coated evenly.

Layer carrots evenly on a pan so they aren't overlapping. Bake in oven for 20 - 25 minutes until carrots are tender.
