Ingredients

1 panini bun, recipe here

2 tbsp chipotle sauce, recipe here

1/4 cup chopped red pepper

1 thin slice red onion

4 slices jalapeno cheddar

2-3 slices tomato

3 slices chicken

Directions

Slice panini bun in half length-wise.

Spread chipotle on both halves of the panini bun.

Layer the remaining ingredients in between the bun and grill till heated through and cheese is melted.
