Slice chicken into strips and put into a medium bowl. Add in garlic, sriracha, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, apple cider vingar, lime and sugar. Allow to marinate for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9" x 9" casserole dish with parchment paper. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
Top chicken with cilantro and serve on it's own or over rice or noodles.
