Spicy Fish Tacos
Ingredients
Fish
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili powder
Toppings
1 cup guacamole, recipe here
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1 cup pico de gallo or salsa, recipe here
1/2 cup chipotle sauce recipe here
Directions
To make fish in a medium bowl mix together 2 tbsp olive oil, chili powder, garlic and lime juice. Add in cod and make sure each piece is evenly coated with the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a medium frying pan heat remaining oil over medium heat till oil is hot. Add in marinated cod and fry on each side for 3-4 minutes.
Flake cooked cod into bite sized pieces.
Heat up tortillas in a medium pan over medium heat till slightly browned.
Add toppings to tortillas as desired and top with spicy cod.
