Ingredients

1/3 cup goat cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan

2 cups spinach, chopped

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts

1 clove chopped garlic

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 tsp chili powder

Bruschetta

1 clove chopped garlic

1 medium chopped tomato

1/2 tbsp chopped basil

1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

In a medium sized bowl mix together the bruschetta ingredients and set aside for the tomatoes to marinate.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium sized bowl mix together all of the ingredients except for the bruschetta and a 1/4 cup of the mozzarella.

Grease a 9" circular or square dish. Empty in spinach cream cheese mixture. Top with the 1/4 cup of mozzarella. Spoon bruschetta on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake dip in the middle of the oven uncovered for 20 - 30 minutes till the dip is cooked through and the top is bubbly. Serve with toasted bread or tortilla chips.
