Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle. Cut into four strips length-wise.
Sprinkle a cup of mozzarella into the middle of each strip of dough. Pinch the edges of the dough together. Form into a pretzel by twisting the ends and fold down.
Place a few slices of genoa onto each of the pretzels and sprinkle with italian seasoning and remaining mozzarella. Spoon pizza sauce on to the pretzels.
Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes till lightly brown on the bottom. Serve with pizza sauce.
